In these unprecedented times, we need a new generation of leaders to step up. As your next councilmember, I will always bring your voice, concerns, and priorities to city hall.

My name is Justice Spriggs, a fourth-year medical student at the University of Minnesota and I am running for the Columbia Heights City Council.
Our city is full of wonderful residents, businesses, and attractions, but many in Heights are being left behind and not having their voices heard. We can choose to build a more inclusive, equitable, and fair city that represents all of us.
Together, we can choose to tackle today's issues with urgency and strive for a more prosperous city and state where everyone can thrive.
As a 2 year resident of Heights and previously living in neighboring St. Anthony for 22 years, this is the community that raised me. Now, I am ready to step up and serve the community that made me who I am today.
